The Joys of JJFoley is a blog capturing life experiences in the search for ways to create more joy in the world. Inspired by a challenge to write something every day (and not just “be the product” by posting on Facebook), I want to give back creatively, and give you the reader something you’re glad you found; words that apply just as much to your life as they do to mine.
Years ago, I caught onto the idea of writing a personal constitution, after reading several recommendations that doing so would add some clarity and purpose to one’s life. After much reflection, I decided that my life’s purpose was to create opportunities for joy, happiness, and laughter. As disgustingly optimistic as that may sound, I’d wager that people who have met me would agree it rings true.
